-
- • Installing the «Orsay» demonstration CD-ROM

- Double click on the «ORSAY» program icon which appears when you
- insert the
- CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive
-

- panel), then restart.
-
- • Exit
-

- simultaneously, or click
- anywhere on the screen.
-
- • 256 thousands of colors
-
- The Orsay demonstration runs on 256 color or thousands of colors

-
- To display thousands of color, some computers (i.e. the 5200, 5300,
- 6200, 6300
- series...) must be in 640 by 480 pixel resolution. In this case, modify
- the parameter

- For more information, consult your computer user's guide.
-
- • Memory
-
- Quit all applications in use, resident programs, background tasks
- (network, fax-
- modem...), before launching the Orsay demonstration.
-
- If that isn't enough, try freeing the system of all unnecessary elements
- by editing
- your system folder (extensions and control panel), then restart.
-
- If you still need more memory, create or increase the virtual memory
- of your
- system which use the free space on your disk to stimulate RAM
- memory.
-
- In the apple menu, see «Memory».
-
- Please note, this operation can significantly slow down the application.
